SS – Hanley Ramirez, Brendan Ryan
3B – Pablo Sandoval, Miguel Tejada
C – Yadier Molina, Ronny Paulino

  1. Not to be a wet blanket, but just a reminder that I need $10 from Spencer, Goldy/Butler ($5 each?), Torto, and Mario for the NL season. I gotta be sure I'm not paying out league winnings from my own pocket. It gets a bit harder to collect once teams get out to 4-6 starts, to don't be afraid to come correct next time I see you.

  2. Next time I see ya, I'll have your 10-spot.

As for your roster, I like your starting rotation very much, but your offense looks like a bunch of big names with questionable 2010 attributes. Still, you did manage to fleece Mario on that trade for Holliday. In retrospect, I might have petitioned for a veto on that one, but pulling it of while the draft was still ongoing was brilliant.

  3. This is Goldy. I will get you your $5. Might just giive it to Torto and he can be the runner.

  4. I also want to know why Mauer isn't listed in the 2009 AL Injury/Suspended list. Really, if I accomplish nothing else in this PTP experience, I will always remember that first series and Mauer karate kicking Halladay out of the playoffs.

  5. There's no doubt the offense is filled with better names than batting averages. And luckily I don't have to disclose their ranges when I list my roster. Still, we shall see....
