Not to be a wet blanket, but just a reminder that I need $10 from Spencer, Goldy/Butler ($5 each?), Torto, and Mario for the NL season. I gotta be sure I'm not paying out league winnings from my own pocket. It gets a bit harder to collect once teams get out to 4-6 starts, to don't be afraid to come correct next time I see you.

ReplyDeleteAs for your roster, I like your starting rotation very much, but your offense looks like a bunch of big names with questionable 2010 attributes. Still, you did manage to fleece Mario on that trade for Holliday. In retrospect, I might have petitioned for a veto on that one, but pulling it of while the draft was still ongoing was brilliant.

ReplyDeleteI also want to know why Mauer isn't listed in the 2009 AL Injury/Suspended list. Really, if I accomplish nothing else in this PTP experience, I will always remember that first series and Mauer karate kicking Halladay out of the playoffs.
