Christening the Tort Fort

Hi Friends. Thanks again Torto for hosting us at the fort over the weekend, and for all the beer and delicious chili. I enjoyed passing liquor around the campfire and claiming the 2nd-most comfortable bed in the house. With all the games that went down I'm not sure I have the appetite to recap each one, but for standings purposes I will report that I lost 2 of 3 to Spencer and 2 of 3 to Matt in AL action. I dropped from 11-7 to 13-11.

    PS - Congrats to Torto for a convincing NL World Series win. You inspire all the the underdogs out here!

    Glad to hear this weekend was a success. How could it not be though? We know what we're doing. After taking inventory on Saturday afternoon, it is clear that we'll need to do another overnight, perhaps in November, as there is simply so much beer left that we need to use it up.

    Thanks for the congrats on the WS win. I can't believe I won, let alone took it in 5. It was all the HR rolls that were the difference. I don't get 2 or 3 of those, and the series probably goes to Fish.
